How can I make a car from plain and boring to extraordinary and pimped out?

I am getting a new car, a crappy car to say the least. (That’s all I can afford!) It’s silver, if this helps any. It looks like a Range Rover if it fell off a cliff and catched on fire. Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating, but any tips are greatly appreciated!

If you have the cash, you can do anything you like to it

neons and a sound system, maybe a grill, clean it up real good.

    You can’t.

Anything you do to this car other than fixing things that are broken will just make you look like an idiot. If you had the know-how to do anything genuinely cool, you wouldn’t be asking this question.

Most cosmetic modifications, particularly if done to base-model, beat-up economy cars, just make people laugh at the owner. If that’s what you want, fine, do it.

The cheapest way to fix up a beater is to look for used parts to replace broken ones. Junk yards and ebay are the best ways to do that. I say if you do anything to this car, just take care of it and make sure it’s in better condition when you’re done with it than when you got it.

    Street glow (red,green,oragne,yellow,white,blue) whatever. ($118)
get a loud muffler.($80) @ advance auto part.
a nice sound system. (check link below)

get upgrades in your car like
    upgraded intakes
    decent performance tires
    light-weight rims
    new springs
    shocks/struts.
    spark plug wires
    larger throttle body
    headers
    a full exhaust
    transmission cooler.

    your car will be niceeeeeeeee.

clean it..drive it and enjoy.. if anyone judges you by the car you drive.. then you don’t need those people in your life.. I would rather have a dinged up car that gets me around dependably and safely than a tricked up pretty one that won’t run.. how bout you?
